Statement of Significance
An attractive stand of palms whose height, location and uniformity makes a major contribution to this small garden in the centre of Yackandandah. The palms are in excellent condition. The site was previously occupied by the Commercial Hotel which burnt down in the 1920s. The garden contains a rotunda in a central location and is surrounded by a fine iron fence on two sides.
