Statement of Significance

A fine avenue of old, well-shaped Norfolk Island Pines. The trees contribute significantly to the landscape and is one of many fine examples of Norfolk Island Pine plantings throughout the City of Warrnambool, as mentioned in the Warrnambool Conservation Study 1983. This particular avenue was brought to the Trust's attention due to the threat to several of the trees during road realignment works in Pertobe Road.
