Statement of Significance
An outstanding avenue of cottonwoods which have developed an excellent form and size. The evenness and ample room for growth will allow these trees to mature into magnificent specimens. It is believed that Mrs Agnes Black of 'Mt Noorat' was instrumental in having these trees planted.
