Statement of Significance

Remnant of open woodland containing 8 Eucalyptus camaldulensis(River Red Gum) and 1 mature Eucalyptus ovata (Swamp Gum). The nursery on the site is being expanded. The trees are all to remain but it is possible that they will deteriorate with the development through root compaction in the carpark areas.
