Location or Context: <BR>A tree which occurs in a unique location or context and so provides a contribution to the landscape.<BR><BR>Outstanding Size:<BR>A tree outstanding for its large height, trunk circumference or canopy spread.<BR><BR>A very large and old example of the species. The tree's form andlarge spreading branches are particularly attractive. The tree is larger than the example of Brighton Technical School (2.4m; 9.1m; 14.5m respectively) which has in recent times had several branches removed and is in poor condition.
