Statement of Significance
Location or Context:<BR>A tree which occurs in a unique location or context and so provides a contribution to the landscape.<BR><BR>Rare or Localised:<BR>A tree of a species or variety that is rare or of very localised distribution.<BR><BR>An isolated stand of Snow Gum comprising nine specimens growing in an area dominated by Eucalyptus viminalis ssp. pryoniana and Eucalyptus camaldulensis and understory plants: Acacia oxycedrus and Acacia longifolia. The trees are mixed: some are in excellent condition and others have deteriorated due to damage and health. The area should be fenced off to allow regeneration and a tree management program implemented. Within Coomoora Woodland Recorded Landscape of the National Trust.
