Statement of Significance
An outstanding example of the species. This cultivar is rare in Victoria and has grown intoa very attractive, upright specimen, making it amongst the best known of exotic trees in Victoria. The tree exhibits a straight trunk, well shaped crown and its pendulous foliage is particularly attractive. A smaller example occurs along the drive of 'Duniera'. <BR>It is located at the South-East corner of the tennis court.
