Statement of Significance
A large specimen growing in the front garden of a private property. Around either side of the tree is a circular driveway. The tree is a dominant feature of the garden, occupying almost the total width of the property boundary. The tree has very attractive form, with a low spreading canopy and major limbs resting on the ground.
