Statement of Significance
Located halfway along southern drive, this impressive tree dominates the southern part of the cemetery. It is notable for its large crown, tall trunk and attractive form. The tree has a major scar about 2 m high x 0.4m wide on the S-E side extending from ground level. The soil level around the trunk has also been increased. The wound is presumably the result of fire damage. Several graves are located close to the trunk.
