Statement of Significance
An outstanding specimen of Holm Oak and the largest known example in Victoria. The tree is a dominant feature in an important historic garden originally owned by the Manifold family. The tree's significant features are its wide spreading branches, large trunk and rounded canopy. Another large tree occurs in Edinburgh Gardens, Fitzroy.
