This is a very large and impressive example of this species and completely dominates the surrounding landscape. It is considered significant due to its sheer physical size and biomass volume and for the high level of amenity it provides by way of shade and privacy. This species is naturally very long lived and therefore this tree has the potential to remain in the landscape for many more decades.
