Location or Context: <BR>A tree which occurs in a unique location or context and so provides a contribution to the landscape.<BR><BR>Outstanding Size:<BR>A tree outstanding for its large height, trunk circumference or canopy spread.<BR><BR>Outstanding Example of Species:<BR>A tree that is an outstanding example of its species.<BR><BR>A very tall, upright specimen forming part of a boundary plantation established by JC Cole in the 1870s. The only example of this species left on the property, this tree has stubs on the lower trunk and ivy which should be removed. <BR><BR>This tree is located at the southern boundary east of Clematis Creek.
