Location or Context: <BR>A tree which occurs in a unique location or context and so provides a contribution to the landscape.<BR><BR>Outstanding Size: A tree outstanding for its large height, trunk circumference or canopy spread.<BR><BR>A very tall, upright specimen growing within a closed forest of exotic trees. Remnant of plantings by JC Cole, of Cole's Nursery, in the 1870s and 1880s. Ivy at the base of the tree should be removed. The tree is located between the house and Clematis Creek.
