Location or Context: <BR>A tree which occurs in a unique location or context and so provides a contribution to the landscape.<BR><BR>Outstanding Size: <BR>A tree outstanding for its large height, trunk circumference or canopy spread.<BR><BR>A very large example of two specimens growing on a slope within a closed forest of exotic trees. A remnant of plantings by JC Cole in the 1870 - 1880s. The tree requires some canopy work - deadwood and stub removal and thinning.Ivy on the trunk should also be removed. <BR><BR>This tree is located 50 metres west of house.
