Statement of Significance
Contribution to the landscape of historic garden<BR>Outstanding size<BR><BR>Very large mature specimen of Ironbark growing in the grounds of the 'Black Springs Bakery'. The original bakery was built in 1875 by William James Price, a Beechworth pioneer and is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.<BR>The tree was believed to have been planted by Mrs Price in the 1890s.
