Statement of Significance

A very unusual example of Myrtle Beech, possibly being 2 or 3 trees which have grown together. The tree is particularly large and its growth habit enables access beneath the tree through its roots and branches.<BR>This tree is located at Maits Rest, 200m along the walking track from the Great Ocean Road, 12km from Apollo Bay.
