Notes
The Memorial Avenue extends northwards along the old Midland Highway from the interesection with Cross Street. The beginning of the Avenue is marked by a pair of Radiata Pines on either side of the former highway. The majoirty of the trees (8) are to be found on the eastern side of the former highway and four on the western side. These trees have been pruned substantially to provide clearance from the overhead electricity cables
