I believe the tree was featured in the Woods & Forests Dept Annual Report about 1910 The King Tree is an outstanding River red gum towering above the surrounding trees in Wirrabara Forest Reserve, Southern Flinders Ranges, - a poignant reminder of lost trees of similar proportions.
