Statement of Significance

A fine looking specimen particularly good for the Adelaide Plain , stands out in its location . It is growing in the Waite Arboretum which is part of the Waite Historic Precinct .

History

The tree was planted in the Waite Arboretum in 1954 and forms part of the Oak Collection comprising of over 50 different species . It was sourced from the Adelaide City Gardener
