Remnants of Joe Norman's olive grove which is part of old -Dover Olive Oil Mill. These 7 olives are all that remains of the Dover Olive Oil Company's Dover Gardens plantation. The Dover Olive Oil Company began in 1932 and ceased operation in 1971.The History of Marion on the Stur, Alison Dolling 1981, The trees are therefore of historical significance in the district.
