Statement of Significance
At the eastern end in playground area A well-rounded mature specimen located in a passive recreation area.Although cultivated more widely in Northern Australia, this species is uncommon in cultivation in Victoria. (Previously known as Angophora cordifolia).Some formative pruning is required and the picnic table should be relocated away from the root zone to alleviate the continuing compaction of the soil.
